Exit Survey and Registration Form

All graduating Sociology majors must complete an Exit Survey for the department, which is to be completed online before registering for the Sociology Commencement Ceremony.

The Exit Survey and Commencement Registration Form are now online. They are due on Tuesday, March 31st and must be completed before students may obtain their commencement tickets.

Please complete the Exit Survey and Registration Form in one sitting. The survey will take about 15 minutes and registration will take about 5 minutes.
