Q: Where can I get information about dining and lodging?
A: For information on restaurants and hotels in the Berkeley area, please visit the Visitor Services Website.

Q: Is there special parking available for this event?
A: No. Please see here for information regarding parking on/near campus.

Q: Are tickets required?
A: Yes. Beginning on April 15, graduating seniors may obtain 2 free tickets and purchase a limited number of additional tickets at Cal Performances.

Q: What if I need a wheelchair or special seating?
A: To reserve wheelchair or special seating inside Zellerbach Auditorium, contact Rebecca Chavez at , rebeccaisme@berkeley.edu, by Monday, May 5th.

Q: May I move into the aisles/up front to take my student's picture as he/she walks across the stage?
A: For safety reasons, the aisles must remain clear. We ask that guests stay in their seats during the entire ceremony. Please remember that each graduate will have his or her picture taken by our professional photographer after they walk across the stage. We encourage families to take pictures before and after the ceremony, and from their seats.

Q: What time do doors open?
A: Doors open at 8:00 a.m.

Q: Is there reserved seating?
A: No. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: Will refreshments be provided at the reception?
A: Yes, light refreshments will be provided after the graduation ceremony.
