Curriculum Vitae:

My research interests include gender, race and ethnicity, sex and power, violence, and inequality. My interests are animated by three questions: 1) What is the relationship between racial, gendered, and sexual discourse and action? How do micro-practices shape, reproduce, and challenge inequalities? And how do institutions create, maintain, and constitute oppressive epistemologies of race, gender, and sex? As a first-year PhD student I would like to explore topics around sexual violence, adoption practices, women’s prisons, and fertility.

I received my BA (cum laude) from Northwestern University in 2016.
