Herring and Scoville named BELS Graduate Fellows

THE CENTER FOR THE STUDY OF LAW AND SOCIETY has named Sociology graduate students, Christopher Herring and Caleb Scoville, 2017-18 Berkeley Empirical Legal Studies (BELS) Graduate Fellows for Christopher's "Pervasive Penality: The Criminalization of Homelessness in San Francisco" and Caleb's "Resuscitating Nature: Science, Law, and the Morality of Endangered Species Conservation in California".
