Mellon Fellowship Program in Latin American Sociology

The National Academies Fellowship Program Unit. Includes Ford Foundation Fellowships for minorities as well as other grants. Also includes a good list of other fellowships and grants offered by outside agencies.

The National Science Foundation offers generous grants to new graduate students.

The Fulbright (IIE) program offers grants to students who wish to study abroad.
