Michael Cerda-Jara, Sociology BA'20, won the Chancellor’s Outstanding Staff Award for his work as Associate Director of Berkeley Underground Scholars, in the Center for Educational Equity and Excellence.
"The Chancellor’s Outstanding Staff Award (COSA) acknowledges staff members whose thoughtfulness, initiative, and generosity have led to a significant positive impact within the Berkeley community. The award, given to individuals for projects and work undertaken within the last three years, is among our campus’s highest honors.
