Faculty Equity Advisor
Faculty equity advisors are appointed by department chairs or deans and help ensure that diversity and equity are considered in all aspects of the academic mission. In addition to working within their own departments, they participate in a campus wide network to share strategies and collaborate on addressing common challenges.
