Janna Huang is a PhD candidate in Sociology at the University of California – Berkeley. Her dissertation examines the intersections of organizational change and climate change. Leveraging a mixed methods approach across event history analysis, in-depth interviews, and quantitative analysis, her research explores the emergence of sustainability as an institutional logic, how new organizational structures emerge around the disclosure of climate information, and the organizational lives of sustainability professionals in the workplace.
